libecholib1.3 software package provides EchoLib library for SvxLink, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecholib1.3
libecholib1.3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecholib1.3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecholib1.3 *
You will get with libecholib1.3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
